Succurro, Goa
On a quite turn in the idyllic village of Succur, a quaint little cul-de-sac gives access to the Salvador Bergia villas nestled between bamboo shoots and a tall wall of Goa forest. All the villas, in near total privacy, have open courtyards, skylight exposed sun lights, slanted roofs, and meandering rooms at different ceiling heights.
Each with water bodies, private pools and abundance foliage, its tall glazings and skylight views through the day, and monsoon skies and swaying shadow lit trees at night, strikingly balance the feeling of abundant space and ample seclusion.
I love architecture, if I wasnt a fashion designer, this is what I would have done - Tarun Tahiliani
